Xiaomi Launches 3 Variant of RedMi Note 7 in Nigeria

Xiaomi officially have launched their business in Nigeria and they announced 3 Variant of RedMi 7.

Nigerians will be pleased with the launch of Xiaomi. This is because the Chinese company is known for churning out top phones at affordable prices.

3 Variant of RedMi Note 7

Xiaomi Redmi sub-brand announced the budget Redmi 7  and Redmi Note 7 in Nigeria at an held in Lagos Nigeria on Wednesday(24/4/2019).  The RedmiNote 7 has been around for a while, though it’s been barely a month since the brand first unveiled the Redmi 7 in China and now launched in both Nigeria and India.

In Nigeria currently  the mobile phone market is dominated by a company Transsion Holdings. Their phone brand includes TECNO, itel and Infinix.

TECNO, itel and Infinix have one thing in common they are cheap and are good alternative to other top brands flagship phones.

Xiaomi Redmi 7 – 3 Variants and their Prices

As revealed by Phonecorridor, Xiaomi has priced the Redmi 7 with 2GB RAM + 16GB storage configuration at  ₦42,000 and will be available via Jumia Nigeria starting from April 29, while the variant with 3GB RAM + 32GB storage configuration will sell for 47,500 Naira and will go on sale starting from May 6 via Slot and Pointek. There is a third variant with 3GB/64GB configuration that is expected to be available on May 6 at  ₦52,000.

As for the Redmi Note 7, you will have to part with ₦GN 66,900 for 4GB+64GB configuration, and as much as ₦75,500 for 4GB+128GB configurations. And much like the Redmi 7, the Redmi Nite 7 base variant with 3GB+32GB will go on sale online via Jumia from April 29, while the 4GB+64GB and 4GB+128GB versionswill be on sale through offline channels from May 6.

That’s not all, Xiaomi also brought a third phone to the country – the Redmi Go, although it wasn’t part of the Wednesday event, the Redmi Go is already selling in the country via Jumia priced at ₦22,000.
